fabianfred,
I am using MS XP Home Edition. IL-2 is in the \Program Files directory. I have set the IL-2 directory and subdirectories to not be read only.
In your IL-2 directory, did you originally have the all.ini file in the \users subdirectory? When you installed your mods, you renamed the original all.ini, right? The only all.ini you have now is in the \Mods\MapMods\maps subdirectory, right?
When I move the all.ini. to \Mods\MapMods\maps\, the program creates a new all.ini in the \users subdirectory. That all.ini contains the following code:

It also creates a new \users\doe1\ subdirectory with a settings.ini that contains the default key settings. When I modify the all.ini to include the instructions on loading the maps, including the mod-maps, and leave it in the \users subdirectory, I get only the old maps.
How do you modify the mods all.ini file to include your settings subdirectory, i.e. \doe?
Best regards,
