[Fireball]

I plan to release a new version of the Hotkeys mod in a couple weeks. It will have some bug fixes and a few new things. It will have the separate Radiator open/close keys, and I should be able to add the external view of friendlies only. The external view while your parachuting is a possibility. I THINK that can be done fairly easily, but I'll have look at that one. And there will be a couple other new things.

As for the separate throttles...I will also take a look at that, but I suspect that will be a little more difficult, if it's possible at all.
