Yes you can see runway 4, it's got white lines in the corners. Just hard to spot them

I was actually talking about making a new model, as a hopefully moving ship, which would just be airborne (have a dummy at sea-level, and then the object itself maybe 1km above it):




So yes, the hooks would be nice to have working as well
