altering the Panzer settings will affect the resistance to damage...
it looks to me as if the guy who created these went to some armour thickness tables for all the WW2 tanks and used their armour thicknesses to give the Panzer values...
looking at the data for other tanks it seems to me that there was no concern as to the quality of armour plate....nor whether it was sloped or not
Someone who is very interested in this aspect of the Tanks could do a job going through all the Panzer settings for the tanks and making a more realistic table/Technics.ini for them :wink:
