How can I find out who is responsible for which Mod so I'll know who to contact?

Well if you read my post, you will see a brief list of names in it above, they are whom I refer to in this instance. I also know Howlin is actually working on this so I suggest you add him to that list. As for finding out who is responsible for what mod, at least those in development phase, I purposely put together a list so you can see who is doing what, where;
