try reseting the cmos with the jumper, using only one stick of mem. if it works insert the other sticks. to reset cmos, there should be 3 pins with the jumper sitting on 2 of them to either side. place jumper on the pair to the other side it was originally on and leave for 30 secs and replace. this may work because the cmos out of the factory doesn't match the hardware that you are using so it needs to be reset. the manual should also tell you how to reset the cmos
