the landscape can't be made that detailed...

but perhaps a 3d object for the hillsides is possible.

I kind of had the feeling that, that could be the case... I was just hoping that some clever modding genius might figure out a better solution to how that landscape feature was seen in-game then what we have now. The rice paddy (flatland & terraced hillside) is such a dominant landscape feature through out rural Asia (over which we do much of our 1940's flying) that I always feel that something is missing on our maps.
