There is a Su-26M flight model in the game, plane has no weapon loadout, even default, so will be not accessible in the quick editor. You has to create your own mission in full editor or edit the existing one.
Replace player plane in misson file with Class air.SU_26M2. Plane model will be Storch, cockpit from Aircobra. Enjoy!
