I'm not sure what you mean by "not supress, just deactivate", aren't they both the same thing? Anyways, I just tested a few things and it appears as though you cannot remove any aircraft from the mods folder or you will face a 60% loading error. This should be easily solved by reinstalling the AC Installer but I would not recommend it.
All other mods can easily be disabled using the follwing methods:
1)Simply change the name of the mod in the mods folder, for example place a - in front of the name. This should stop the mod from loading when you start the game.
2)You could set up another folder, on the desktop for example. When you want to disable a mod, cut and paste it into this folder.
I haven't done extensive testing so I don't know if these methods are fool-proof but it should work so long as you dont delete a mod which is connected to another mod somehow.
