You can actually do this yourself easily by going into the IL2 folder then missions > campaign > DE then finnally to the ranks folder. you can manually change them to what you feel would be more appropriate. This will not effect what you see in the briefings though, I have not figured that one out yet. It would probably be a good idea to make a copy of the original ranks folder first. Name it ranks2 or something so it does not conflict. Hope this helps!
