Is 3D water really that bad on fps? I have it on and I still get very good frame-rates, and my PC is just like Eexhaton's (except I have an ATI 4650 and 4gb RAM) and my Il-2 is fine with everything maxed out (except on maps with tons of trees like the intial 352nd CCM)
