VF10Hawk, I have .NET framework 2.0 and the latest Java - so that's not the problem. The good news is that I've got my install working properly - 
I did a walkthrough install with Bingo1957, and it turns out that those files do not appear with the UI 1.1 install, at least not on his, either. My problem was the 6DOF - I wasn't aware that the UI 1.1 6DOF is for TIR users, and when I initially tried to use another folder with the mouse version, all it did was freeze my in-cockpit movement. There were 2 versions, a 'Look Arround' version and an 'XY' version. I initially used the 'XY' version, but for some reason, the 'Look Around' version works with 1.1, at least for me.
Long story short - All fixed, UI1.1 working perfectly!!
