I couldn't save missions on this map until I used a trick I learned back when the Hokkidao map was released. I thought I would give it a try. Here's what I did.

1. Open your bldconf.ini file.
2. Copy/Save (somewhere) the line (builder.PlMisDestruction) and 'Save' your modified bldconf.ini .
3. Open the FMB. Now you can make and save your mission.
4. Once saved close the game and return to your bldconf.ini file, open it and replace (builder.PlMisDestruction).

You can now play the mission. To add/delete objects/aircraft/skill levels/targets etc. or to change 'Conditions' just repeat the above steps.

Cumbersome, true....but it works.
