It occured to me that any missions written for the WIP version of my BurmaLower map....should still work on this map OK.... because only losing the East side shouldn't have affected co-ordinates at all.
I will try a couple of mine out and see..
Thinking about the main river shown on your 2D map in the Shan states...The Salaween River..... I did some quick work in Photoshop to the map_C yesterday and added it....looks OK....and any imperfections are hidden by the jungle cover.
I see you made your ed_maps from the map_t........ I always made my ed_maps from the terrain version of the google maps..... mainly because it shows the shape of hills which correspond with the 3D shape you see out of the cockpit window on the ground.
The modern roads shown are a bit of a pain but I ignored this fault. I tried cutting down my old BurmaLower ed_map01 to fit and left your ed_map02 in place so I get the best of both worlds.. :wink:
