Hello,

Which computing language do you use to make such Effects? Java? C++? Pythin? Visual Basic?
I would like to learn how to create Objects for IL-2 1946 and create effects but I'm nearly a newbie at programming (I can do Javascript and VBscript and HTML mainly).
Do you use a specific software?

No specific software needed to do mod like this. We need only notepad (or something similar)
and sometimes Photoshop for textures. All files in effects mods like this are modified originals
from Il-2 or based on them. For example 3D smoke trails based on HG & P Effects mods and stuka_40 smoke trails.
