Well, I don't think the B-45C ever dropped one in Korea in combat, but I could be wrong about that. I know it made anti-flak runs. The B-29 was tested with a guided Tall Boy called Tarzon. I'm not quite sure what you're looking for, Mechanist, so I've attached a variety of photos and a video...
