instead of support i receve this..........this was my last movie...i quit
not kidding
Don't quit. Yo do nice works. But from the moment you post a video, you'll receive positive and negative comments. It happens to all videomakers and we have to deal with it.
Some videos like to people. Others not. We put hundreds of work hours in a video, and it is not as seen as another one that is far more simple or has better music. My most seen video (4.000.000 visits) took me 15 minutes to edit. May I quit making videos? No, because I like the creative process itself, and in first place, every video has its own life when released. I see some of my old creations and I still surprise that I could create that.
Returning back to your video, I appreciate every new camera test you show, because I recognize the work behind it. Others not used in video editing don't appreciate it so much.
The negative part, like receiving no feedback, people repeatedly asking typical questions like "What music is this?" or "How do I capture a video?" or worse, really negative and destructive comments are part of the whole thing. You have to make videos that in first term you like. If those videos like to others, good. If not, well, will negative opinions make you dislike your own creation?
Hope you like the process and keep on making videos. I've just commented on some of your creations a constructive comment, I would like to see your videos at full screen on Youtube, with no black bars around. You have to make some render tests until you achieve this. I see you are using Sony Vegas, then you should use an HD Panoramic project and on every clip, "match output aspect ratio". Hope this will help.
And another tip... thats a personal thinking I got from experience. Even when you are plenty of satisfaction with a video you have on process, don't show it until it's completely finished, or if you show it, it's better if that short preview is a video in itself, and not an alone clip. I know that often, the most impulsive video creators want to show as quick as possible their work, but I'm personally trying to make evolution to relax... and show the video when it's ready, not before. One preview is ok, too many makes audience bore. We are not Spielbergs. People is not interested in the evolution of our videos. They want the final result and enjoy some minutes with it. We are just virtual pilots that made into amateur video creators. Not more.
Thanks very much that u got some time to write 4 me....I've saw some videos that u made to i like them!but i've never comment them..as i wasn't having time very good montage and everything.
Regarding for what u said i'm contrary because i've putted so much effort and love and all my experience in doing this stuff and it isn't as appreciated as i expected to be only a few.I'm used to negative comments because we all learn from criticism..
My goal from the start in movie making i wanted to introduce a new concept of il2 movies a new world a new athmosphre as i've saw that movies from a year coming nobody is interested in doing them.
Maybe many of you think that i want to beat jafa or many more but is not that! I respect Jafa for his work.
This is the finished movies but i must add a few things that i can't now cuz i must leave in my country..i misure every second so if i've would continued i was out from the scheduile.
I use sony and adobe..togheter...i will try the tip u said about the borders thx for that...
I had some very good plans for the future new camera mods and special effects...but i think i will quit...i will leave some tutorials here how to make my style of movie making for people that are capable not like me.

Well, like I think too there's no need to beat anyone, I also see -and that's a fact- that the more video making mods there are here, the more different styles there are. Your style is nice and good looking, but it's your style and there's no need to move into it, because it's yours. In my oppinion.
I have another style when recording IL-2, very irregular from simple videos to complex edited, but I'm planning a deep incursion into a new and different style. IL-2 is not the only thing I make videos from; I also record all aviation event that I can, no matter if real virtual, military, civil, or what. With so many subjects, I simply can't maintain a regular style.
And of course, the pioneers like Mysticpuma and big gurus had they own style, even taking into account that most of them were retired and their BIG merit was creating them without mods. We shall not forget that.
With all this I want to say, that the more variety there is, more interested people will be, undirectly more IL-2 will be sold, and all this will keep growing. I often remember to myself the ultimate consequence of virtual simulator video making. You can be creative, you can like planes and video making, you can like to fly or only see planes flying, but a well done video means influence, in the way that it's interest in the simulator, it's people thinking "I want to fly there", it's that people buying the simulator, and then, there's the return to us. We invested lots of hours creating. We contributed, more or less, in helping to sell the simulator. And finally, simulator goes better, there are new simulators on the way, new patches, new mods...
I know my thinking is a bit complicated like an hyperbolic cycle. Video makers don't think on those consequences, but those are totally positive.
