It must be possible to install a chkr, a l'a punkbuser on the online server, so that the version of each, connecting hosts button file is checked, I think that would be a more intelligent solution to your problem, than trying to control who and how people are doing their Mods?, just a thought

Agree, we all have different abilities, and with the right communication great mods can be made. But in practice things are not always as easy as you claim, I don't want to go into details here as it might ruin the god atmosphere.
