Well, the He-111 can tow one glider - I had the wierd experience of actually flying in the glider! That was during a mission from the "JG54 1942 Summer/Fall" campaign, I guess I messed up the ranks when starting the campaign, as according to the briefing I should have been piloting the -111. Instead I ended up in the glider... 
In that mission there was one He-111 with one glider, escorted by two 109s. I guess it's possible, depending on how you set flights.
