I can't imagine that this would be a good idea klem. Why don't you set up a clean install of FB (a second one) on your machine - patch it to 4.08 and then install the new 4.09 patch/add-on to it. It'll mean you have to run two separate versions of the game for a while, but that's better than screwing up the version that you now have.
