Well, the new P-51s can carry really diverse ordnances and (probably) have more powerful engines. The Bf-109 E-1 has now two MGs in the wings, not oerlikons. But you know people... they want hundreds of 109s, FWs, spitfires, mustangs and jugs, while a lot of other aircraft are almost forgotten.
