I was amased by resemblance of exterior of IAR80 WWII era aircraft and Su26, and at first make a mod with IAR80 model. But then I changed my mind and chose Ki27 model for its native similar to Su26 FM, fixed undercarriage, and funny look (IAR80 still does not look like Su26 quite - it's much bigger, havier, has a ravenous appearance). In the end, it is not very important, Su26 will have it own 3D-model in game sooner or later.

Something I never understood was how you got people who didn't have the mod to see you in a storch....

If I got you right, you are concerned about this, so why not made a poll I was one of this people until I make own mod.
Or it was a kind of subtle English humor ? :wink:
