The Uranium mod is not designed for HSFX. An UltraPack version (uses HSFX) should be available soon. Delete the MODS folder and enable only the historical mod in JSGME.

Uranium mod (with bomb bay doors fix) works just fine. Select "Effects Low" through JSGME and put Uranium mod in the "MODS" folder (not JSGME folder, create "MODS" folder if needed). I don't believe heero's issues have anything to do with effects mods.
