Sounds to me like you need to turn on realistic landings in your options. If that option is off, the planes will bounce like that when they land.

This has nothing to do with human pilots. I'm talking about AI pilots and AI pilots aren't affected by difficulty settings. Plus i'm talking about breaking apart AI planes that bounce, not invulnerable planes.
