Nothing special, just standard installation; nothing changed, except the missions/ campaign settings.
I kept the english language version although I'm french, I have seen too much problems in missions briefings when using a non-english version.
I tried DGEN replacement and Offline career (auto generation): both worked, for the moment I stick to Offline carreer which suits me best.
