i think the essex has a cat doesnt it? move up to the front carfefully as u dont want to over shoot the cat. i use the shield on the right of the ship as a guidance. when the shield is directlly off your right wing stop and apply chocks. u may notice your plane move a little as it is aligned with the cat. throttle up and release chocks. u should be able to take off with full loads.
