Do we place it in core mods, or core folder?

just installed the Mod Pack, enabled it with Generic Mod Enabler. HSFX History mod was already enabled. The game crashes at 60%. Tried it several times. What is wrong?

is there really is some issues to enable this
MOD for HSFX 4.1.
the only way you can do that is to turn your HSFX 4.1 for UP 2.0 with this file.
