After hundreds of missions generated, I did not experience this type of problem. :-? I'll try to help you. :roll:
You may have a file about such errors in your game root folder: DGenERRORlog. If you have one, please post it.
Or is it a memory error? In that case it may be due to the high load on your hardware. Please reduce air intensity and ground intensity: these are DGen parameters in conf.ini for which I give some advice in the main Read-Me (Campaign settings, page 3): the higher the settings, the more planes and ground targets, the more stress on your PC. More can be found here:

Another possibility: a missing plane mod or object or something lacking in your install, which makes the game crash: please check that you can fly in QMB all planes listed in the Read-Me. Please also check that you can open in your FMB the mission files where you had problems: these are located in your Missions/campaign/FR/dgen_C_xxxxyyyy folder. :!: You may also send me a small zip containing such folder; I will test the missions and try to identify the problem. My e-mail address is at the end of the Read-Me.
