I've tried using it but every time the game actually starts all that happens is that the new colour profile loads until the game actually comes up, and then it resets the colours to the defaults when the game goes to full screen. Probably something to do with ATI cards as philip.ed says.

It's working in game though for me m8 :-? It might be that you have Il-2 set to run in default-colours or something like that...
