In comparison to how it would look in reality, those colours are way too cold. They need to be a lot more yellow IMO. I've flown over Egypt before (OK, so not Lybia) but the colours when flying over where really bright and sandy (no pun intended)

Yea i agree. it's the sector taken by the satellite...contrast to high, i have to balance this. i'm working on it, if it doesn't work (every intervention on a texture is distructive) i will take tex more in the center of Lybia. there the color is more close to what you speak about, but it will no represent the tobrouk region in that case.
