My earlier post: "Can you guess what this is ?" gone with Spray and Pray !!!

This beast was intended to be a VTOL Amphibian Anti-Submarine platform.
The extra engines for VTOL were never installed. Early model featured inflatable retractable pontoons that took ages to design, only to be discarded
as they generated to much drag. Work proceeded with floats, but much too late.
