You mean 30 fps lock?
What are your basic specs? vid card, processor?
Can you post your confi ? I had similar issues and made some usual, some unusual changes to get mine to work. OpenGL?
Other background processes? anti-virus? trckir?
Do you have an Nvidia control panel? Did you tweak setting there? Or a different card?
