I have a problem.... I cant open it..."A read error occurred..."
"...format not supported". Any ideas?

A bit late to answer you mate, but if you are still at it, you should download
and install 7-zip program which opens all... and everything:

...the czech voicepack got some broken files in it. ...can provide a fresh file?.

Earlier, I have installed it without any problem, but not used it much since, in game.
So it may have the same problems within, or not. Worth the try.
