Graphics glitch

In my experience, this is likely related somehow to your driver and your update to the that driver confirms it in this situation.

Though this is possibly a corrupt driver (Did you test the driver download for corrupt files?), it is more likely an incompatibility of the driver with your system.

The other common possibility would be an incorrect setting somewhere in your system, especially in the graphics control panel. I doubt if it is a setting conflict in your conf.ini file, but that is a remote possibility.

Can you post screenshots of your graphics control panel settings and also copy and paste your conf.ini file settings? We need more information to help you.
