What chocked me on this pic (with the Hurricane) is that it seems like the tree hasn't been hurt by the right wing which is not damaged..... :OO

I asked how the plane came to be in that position without damage from the tree. Oleg replied that it happened from a badly executed left turn on taxi.

From that I gathered that it was a turn at a too high speed, making the gear to collapse. The aircraft's weight landed first on the left wing, causing it to separate and together slide sideways to that position.
