Yea! there are plenty of aircraft out there that are flying to do a believable movie, (without too much CG) They could remake "The Star of Afrika" or take some memoirs like Gunther Rall's and whip up a screenplay. Problem is war movies are a niche market, and war movies glorifying any of the Third Reich's heroes may not do well. No matter what the the guy was flying for.
