I hope you don't mind if I make a constructive critic? It is just I like very much the whole idea.
I think the shark emblem on cockpit side looks a bit too american in style, looks very "Warner Bross Animation" cartoons
(yeah, I know, a famous historical 109 had a mickey mouse, but that is rather exceptional). The legend "Kriegsmarine..." doesn't fit usual german markings.
I just suggest to try make it look as "germanish" as possible...
