I have an idea, but honestly I don't know if it is suitable. You judge this...
You could cover a bottom panel with something like very thin sand (but the less scratching the better), reaching just a few millimeters depth. Then you should actually "drag" your model on the sand, acting like the real thing did when it came to a stop. This, better than anything, would reproduce the "print" left in the ground by the belly-landing plane. Then you would remove the model and "fix" the sand in that position (multiple layers of spray glue, maybe?). Once the "earth" has gotten solid, you can make the ground the way you like (grass or snow?). Then you only have to put the model back into its "print" and add some debris on the nose, wing leading edges, and scattered just ahead.
Oh, and if you do this, remember that the belly landing plane is more likely to have somehow "side-swept", rather than sliding perfectly straight. I'm sure you can find dozens of photos about real crash-landings to get an idea.
