I have a 4.09b1m install with some selected mods and after some years I´ve just uptaded my rig to...

...P.S. With the vanilla 4.10 I barely have lags over towns. Do you believe I´ll need a fresh install?

It sounds like 4.09-B1M that's coursing it to lag. So here's my advise; fresh install (keep your Mods) patch it up to 4.09M then Ultra@Pack or HSFX. Only until 4.10 is compatible with UP or HSFX.
