I suppose it's because you have activated the MODS folder. If the Mods folder is activated, the "MODS/Mapsmod/maps/all.ini" has priority above the one in the "files" folder (used by JsGME). So, just add the line:
Winter44_WestFront WestFront44/WF44W_load.ini
...in your "MODS/Mapsmod/maps/all.ini" list and your done !

The missions (mainly one) may not work correctly with ver. 4.10 because the planes list is a lot smaller so you should load it in FMB and modify it to be able to fly it.
