Eventhough I copied all those two folders, I still ended up flying Bf-110 F4 
Only thing that helped was manually changing planes in DCG in Squadron editor panel (all squadrons with Bf 110 F4 to Bf 109E3), but first I had to change year of availability of Bf 109E3 from 1941 to 1939 in Aircraft class setting.. Don't you know why??
