Ok so I can't change the factions. I was thinking that if all the Communist countries are available on both the Axis and Allies sides, I can create scenarios where they fight the Western Allies as Axis (Cold War) or fight the anti-communist Axis powers like Germany, Italy and Japan under the Allies (WW2 1946). Maybe I can use a text or script editor for this? Anyway, which version of Forgotten Countries do I download for use with UP 3.0?
