Trained? Well, I used to fly one of the last P-51 Mustangs to serve in the USAF, back in 'Nam... used to strafe Charlie's MG nests, bomb camps, etc. Just kidding! :wink: I actually have no experience with aerial gunnery in real life. I do have some real life flight experience, countless hours of firearms and marksmanship experience, but no aerial gunnery experience (much less any real training) haha. I wish! IL-2 is the closest I've ever gotten to gunning down a real aircraft or so much as firing a bullet from a plane lol. I've just played flight sims since I was a kid. This video involved as much luck as it did any skill. :wink:
I do hope, however, that sometime during the next 2-3 years I can attain one of my life-long goals: to build my own 1:1 scale, historically accurate Bf-109 or maybe even a FW-190! Someone I know has a 190A-9, and I've been jealous since I first laid eyes on it!
