Hi Bomberkiller,

you're right, after application, the eyeliner remains a soft paste, so it may be accidentally removed.

I usually don't apply any extra protection on the internals (there's no need for that). On external surfaces, after making sure you have removed all the excess, a layer of transparent paint is enough to fix and protect the eyeliner.
