The Fw 190D-9 flat canopy should be for the early Fw 190D-9 slot, not for the late one. Same for the Fw 190A-8 (flat) and Fw 190A-9(bulged). Smile

One thing i found out is that the same cockpit is used by the

FW 190 A5
FW 190 A5 1,65 ata
FW 190 A6

respectively

FW 190 A8
FW 190 A9

respectively

FW 190 D9
FW 190 D9 1945

It's not truth, it makes no odds, whether that is FW 190D-9 (1944) or late model (1945), quite a number of FW 190D-9 manufactured in 1945, equiped with MW 50 (also FW 190D-9_late model in Il2) were made with flat canopy!!!

For example here:

are two FW 190D-9 equped with MW 50, manufactured in 1945 (compare Werknummer 211xx7) from IV/JG 3, with FLAT CANOPY!!! There is a lot of such FW 190D-9_Late in WWII! :!:
