Don't worry mate,my G10-Erla is a ingame-stock-G10 replacement,that means you'll retrieve MG131 and MK108 with the normal MW50 boosted DB605-D

A friend of mine noticed that even if the Me109-G4 had a fixed tailwheel,this wheel could be in a style like the previous 109 models:

So i added "wheelstyles" files in my G4 mod,so that you can choose the style of wheels you want:

-Classic style wheels (>like Early109s)
-Late style wheels (>like G6 onwards,see my G4 screenshots on page 1 )
-Or a mix of both styles.

That works without any bug,i.e.:
Take-off/landings/crashlandings/undercarriage animation=>>>ALL IS OK)

BTW,i found that the Royal Hungarian Air Force had small numbers of G4 (see here)


So,finally,i made the G4 for every "Axis nationality" except the Finnish one as they didn't have G4 IRL.

Right now,i send the files to MrJolly (G4 and G10Erla Mod + Clean Erla Hood + Alternate Armor plates)

Interresting, but if I use your G4 (original G2 in game) in dogfight online session, I will cheat ... because with your new G4 cockpit, I enjoy an outstanding rear view ....

You"ll not cheat because you"ll fly a historical correct G-4 not G-2. :? . . . are you affraid ?

Of course it isn't a cheat. All it does is change the outside appearence. Weapons and FM are not touched.

And give you a better review when everyone else on a nonmod server are expecting you to be in a G2 with an armor plate behind your head. You forgot to mention that. That's why it should replace something like the 109Z instead. It's something not normally used.

No. I dont think so.

At least you admit it. It is an unfair advantage with the review. I really think the maker did a great job. The only problem I have with any of these is when/if people use them on nonmod servers.

I search some infos about the different nationalities which used the G4:


Finland: NO G4 used.

According to these sites,there were only G2/G6/G8 and G14 provided to Finland for about 160 Messerschmitt.

most full cockpit server do not allow for mod usage anyway so its not much of an issue

Because you really think that a server is able to forbid acces to player who use mod .... ?

yes places that use rdl 2 i think do not allow you to join the, it doesnt even need to be a server commander or FBD its for anyone hosting, if you dont want the sound mod in your game use RDL 2

or Rundll or something along those lines,

You know, I marvel at the effort that people put in using their own time and energy to give us all a more realistic and improved game.. But it is really gripping my sh*t that every time someone provides us with these gems, ther are always people coming out of the woodwork whinging about 'you have a cheat' or 'that will give you more of an advantage..' Can we just accept the great work these modders do, and stop crying about what amounts to f^ck-all to worry about..
And before you ask, yes, I spend a large amount of time flying online.. We have a large organisation, fly in most of the current wars, we've been doing it for years, and have yet to see any kind of cheating.. why, because we fly with people we know and trust..
