Load the Avenger with rockets in the QMB,

veiw her in the preview screen and then change the nationality from RAF or RN to USMC or USAAF or USSR and watch the mounting angle of the rockets change.

Fly her with the rockets under the USMC or USSR etc. and the rockets will shoot way low.
Fly her as RAF or RN and the rockets will shoot to point of aim.

Maybe there was an intention to arm the Avenger with 60lb rockets as opposted to HVARS and there is some element of this involved.
