It works with the A20G and B25J, Foldernames to create in the "Cockpit" folder are "A20G" and "B25J"

Forgive me asking mate, but I asume the pilot in the real aircraft had the ability to re-size the reticle to set it at 200.. but we can't do that manualy in game..

Unfortunaltely, the N-9 was not adjustable. From USAAF T.O. No. 1F-51D-1 dated 15 July 1952, Pg. 61

FIRING GUNS WITH N-9 SIGHT INSTALLED.
Since the N-9 sight is a noncomputing reflex type with .
a fixed reticle, no control is provided other than the
rheostat for reticle brilliance. The principle of operation
is the apparent projection of the reticle image in
space, which is similar to having the reticle image
superimposed on the target. When the target is framed
by the reticle, the guns may be fired by depressing the
trigger on the control grip.

Which raises the issue of the historical accuracy of the 200m reticle. Catahoulak9 do you have a reference?

No, unfortunately I don't have any references for the N-9 or any other of the various gunsights used. I wish I did. I made the 200m reticle because I thought the reticle size could be preset to coordinate with the gun harmonization and this just wasn't modeled in the game.

Your source clearly states this was not the case. Would you have reference material on any of the other non gyro US gunsights? Were any adjustable or did they all use the same fixed 100m size reticle?

I'm sorry, I should have checked this for historical accuracy before releasing it, but I hope you or someone else can provide documentation on the other gunsights used. I want to get this right before it goes to the download section.

Did P-39s use the same single ring and point style reticle as the other US fighters?

The P-39 mod mentioned above only changes the reticle for the P-39N-1. The P-39 series in the game uses a different method of drawing reticles and will take some reworking to get them to appear as "bright" reticles.

I don't want to change them unless the current ones in the game are wrong.

This reticle is resized to reflect a range of 200m instead of the stock 100m so it appears smaller than the original.

These were removed because they were not historically correct. The 200m reticle was fixed and not adjustable.
