right when we think we are really close to release, we get new data and change stuff because we want it correct (based on the data we have).
this week has been carzy for me because of NAB in Vegas this week. i'm holding down the fort while everyone else is there looking at the new toys.
Happy 100 guys. Ready when you are!
Me, I'm heading to connecticut and new york (the city) next week.
Longtime reader, first time poster (actually 2nd post, but hey who's countin'?).
Gentlemen (and any Ladies present) in the Team working on these Maps:
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and mind. Il2 is a great series, but you people are putting it over the top! I would just like you all to know that I am awaiting your work with baited breath (which I'm sure stansdds will speak to me about shortly), and that your hard work will be very much welcome in this longtime fight simmer's home.
I salute you all....................S!
my work schedule is thin this week so that should allow me a lot of time to finish my assigned work on the slot. I'm a freelancer so i have to take work when it shows up or i don't get fed.
We had to redo a bunch of stuff due to some technical issues we couldn't overcome. We also got some new, better, historical data when we thought we had everything correct until the new data came along and we are having to redo some stuff accordingly.
we are doing these corrections because we are those guys that bitch to whomever is in the room with us at the time when we see a WW2 movie that has T-6 Texans as Zeros. "hey that's no Zero, it's a Texan. Bah! this movie sucks"
obviously the film makers had to make some compromises for history as will we. We're just hoping we are less obvious about it.
be patient.
