No, not that "It".

I got rid of my "Suspisious" install I got from somewhere else and installed the AAA Unified Installer. Now I'm adding back the mods that I had that aren't included in the AAAUI.
I was going to install the "Transport.rar" but in the 'Read me' is said to place some lines in the static.ini file found in:

Locate "static ini" either in

'46\files\com\maddox\il2\objects
or
'46\MODS\com\maddox\il2\objects

depending on your install .

I don't have a "com" folder in either location. Should I just make one and add the static.ini file to it? If so is there a preferred place, (i.e. '46\ files or '46\MODS).

com folder doesn't go to files folder :

\MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects\

old mods ( before unified agreement was madden ) instruct you wrongly .... so they must get manually rearranged ( structure wise)

for example new ship pack 2.0 respects new structure while previous version don't

sorry to hijack this thread but i have a similar prob...whilst installing the hangar and a cupla other packs they ask me to add to the static.ini like it says above...but there is NO static.ini ANYWHERE in my MODS folder...i have the unified installed mod folder and there isnt a static.ini anywhere...i have searched high and low, and then high again to be doubly sure....i looked in my old MODS folder that i removed when i installed the unified and the only static.ini in there was in the DAMAGEMOD folder which isnt part of the new unified installer, and i dont want to add it for fear of it clashing with other mods...so where do i add lines to my static ini if i dont have a static ini anywhere in my mods folder....any help would be greatly appreciated as i want to install all the goodies i need so i can fly the hellhawks campaign i downloaded from this site, and this campaign requires a heap of extra mods to make it work

if you don't have any mod which require edited static.ini file installed .... it's normal not to have such file present ( game uses default one straight from sfs files )

default static.ini ( for game version 4.09b1m) can be obtained here :

... so place it to described location and alter it with lines LAL RONE provided with his hangar mod
